Refunds for returns will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. It takes 3 to 5 days from collection or drop-off to receive and inspect the items at the warehouse. Once inspected it takes up to 5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. We’ll also keep you updated on the progress of your return and refund via email.

Yes, we will email you shipping confirmation, tracking information and a copy of your receipt/tax invoice for your order. Please retain a copy of the receipt as this is your proof of purchase and will be required should a refund/exchange be necessary.
